Cleveland County Animal Control received a complaint Wednesday from the Deer Creek Road area that a raccoon was displaying abnormal behavior.

Two registered sex offenders were recently arrested after failing to report changes in their addresses, according to the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office.

On April 26, Cleveland County Animal Control received a complaint at 229 Carpenters Grove Church Road in Lawndale in reference to a fox on the property displaying abnormal behavior.

The lost have been found and a cemetery neglected for many years is now being restored through the thoughtful guidance of Scott B. Wesson.

Derek Harris, 25, of 2126 Underwood Ln. in Lincolnton was charged April 21 with one count each of communicating threats and second-degree trespassing.
