Stupid, why were they letting this girl run around , they "GBI" had sold drugs to her twice. Why not stop the man for questioning as he is walking to or from his car. The GBI said it did not test its officers for drugs or alchol after the shoting because it had no probale cause, however they had probale cause to to shot the man. Don't jump a man from behind with guns pulled after he just pulled $400.00 from the ATM, he thinks he is being robbed. Stupid all the way. Give the lady, his wife $2,000,000.00 and apologize, change leadership at the GBI.

Hambone, appropriate name. First, the GBI had nothing to do with the shooting. That shooting involved officers from a multi agency task force made up of local officers. The GBI was never involved in the incident until hours after the incident.
The GBI was called in after the shooting, as is standard procedure in the state of Georgia when officers are involved in shootings.
Second: The GBI is conducting the criminal investigation portion of the incident. They can not by law test the officers without probable cause, as with any suspect in a criminal investigation. The individual departments may as part of the internal administrative investigation with no cause other than procedure and the officers would be required to submit. However the test under the internal investigation are not allowed to be used in the criminal investigation by case law under Garrity v. New Jersey.
So get your facts straight first, comment on fact and opinion not conjecture and lies, and refrain from drawing conclusions in areas you are completely ignorant.

Daily Horoscope for December 14

Scorpio

Something that's been buried comes to the surface today, triggering a change in your life. This could be quite dramatic and public, or it may happen on an inner level so that you're the only one who's fully aware of what's going on. If this is something that you've been fighting to suppress, it will be painful to have it finally exposed but you must accept that it was inevitable.
