HACKETT, Ark. a ' City officials from small Arkansas and Oklahoma towns are to meet in western Arkansas as they look for funding for a fleet of non-emergency medical vans.

The Lavaca School District has been awarded $1,080,000 by the Arkansas Department of Education.

Watercolors, oils, wooden horses, dolls, jewelry and bright pink tutus lined the tents of the Bella Vista Arts and Crafts Show, and the one thing that was better than seeing all of the crafts the show had to offer was the drive to get there.

There will be a benefit singing on October 17th starting at 5pm, at the Lavaca Rodeo Arena, located 1 mile North of Highway 22 on Rodeo Arena Road.

Rodeo starts at 7:00 pm each night. Cost is $5.00 for Adults, $3.00 for kids 6-12 and under 5 is free.

An Arkansas woman was injured in a two-car collision at 8:18 a.m. Friday on U.S. Highway 64, a half mile north and three-tenths of a mile east of Moffett.
