Laurens mother charged in daughter's death

A Cross Hill woman has been charged with killing her 16-month-old daughter in a case that Laurens County deputies said Sunday they are continuing to investigate.

This is a tragedy in our County and personally knowing the mother I would've never suspected anything like this to happen. The boyfriend is one of my bestfriends and he is in shock and very devastated about the whole situation. These families need your prayers.
