Beebe incompetent for murder trial ... sent to mental health facility

Well this proves once again that if you want to get away with murder.. hocking county is THE place to do it.

The single gunshot that took a 4 year old boys life August 14, 1985 in South Perry and the 2 teenagers(Annette and Todd) found dismembered in Logan and now Karl Roeder's murder.

I have no doubt in my mind that Carl Beebe commited this murder and I also believe he should be the number 1 suspect in the fatal car crash that killed his live-in girlfriend, Melanie Erwin in 1987.
I have a daughter by Carl Beebe, he took advantage of me when I was 17 while I was babysitting his and Melanie's daughter. Carl Beebe is not only a murderer but a rapist. Yes, Hocking county knows of this too but they do NOTHING!

He is NOT incompetent BUT he knows how to work the system. Don't let his idiotic rantings fool you. People once thought the earth was flat too.. this didn't make them insane, it made them explore to prove otherwise.

I am Karl Roeder's sister and I agree with you wholeheartedly. The prosecuters office in Hocking County is a joke. Beebe is not incompetent. His rants are nothing but an act. He knows how to work the system all right and has been doing that for a long time. I'm sure with the death penalty looming over his head he made sure he acted insane. They have to give him his civil rights? HA!! What about the rights of the victims and their families? Do we not have rights? Do we not deserve closure? Carl Beebe's mother knew what her son did, she even told the paper she was there the whole time when my brother went missing. She had to have heard the gunshots that killed my brother and the backhoe that dug his grave......in her creekbed! Unfortunately we'll never know what she knew because she passed away. He is an animal and should die like one!! I am so angry at the "system" that is allowing my brothers torturer/murderer to more or less go free that I am still having trouble sleeping at night. So what, he's in a hospital for the criminally insane.. big freakin' deal. Instead of taking up space and wasting taxpayer money he belongs in a bed with a needle in his arm!!! I pray that my mother lives to see that day but until the powers that be Hocking County realize this man is manipulating them, it will never happen. Thank God Larry Beale will be out of office come January. Maybe they'll get someone in there with some balls.
