Cigarette in mulch linked to fire at Arby's in Muhlenberg Township

A cigarette tossed into dried-out mulch started a fire Wednesday morning that heavily damaged Arby's restaurant on Fifth Street Highway in Muhlenberg Township, fire officials said.
