Rain Forces Laurel, Ind. Residents From Homes
Franklin County emergency personnel had to rescue several families after high water surrounded their homes in and around the town of Laurel, Indiana on Tuesday.
Barga, Frances V., of Richmond, died July 16. Prayer service will be at 9:30 a.m. today at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary, Richmond.
