When Ann Sprague retired after 35 years with the Okaloosa County School District, she began to pray and ask God what he wanted her to do with her time.

The Okaloosa County Public Library Cooperative has proposed dropping the $20 fee charged to each family in Cinco Bayou, Laurel Hill and Shalimar who checks out items at one of the city libraries.
