Clarification:
Any questions regarding this case involving real property are be referred to the Larkspur City Manager @ www.larkspurcity.org . INFORMATION: Mr. McClain lists, in his written comments, that he received an approximately 245,000 dollar monetary settlement as a result of his participation in potential litigation involving the City. He suggests, in my view, that the public should be outraged by his receiving this and property improvements as a result of the settlement. In my opinion, the contrary is probable. |
