A pair of controlled burns on private land got of control Saturday after high winds moved through the Uintah Basin near Vernal.
Two fires out of control in Uintah County
Two controlled burns grew out of control Saturday in the Uintah Basin. One fire on private land near Lapoint, Utah, over 100 acres in size, jumped a road and began burning out of control.
