Human remains discovered in Roxbury identified as Wharton man

Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp issued a statement on Thursday, Aug. 28 that "the human remains that were discovered at the Hercules Chemical Company in Roxbury, on Nov. 13, 2013 were examined by forensic scientists with the New Jersey State Police, as well as a Forensic Odontologist.
