Authorities are seeking the public's help to identify an alleged serial shoplifter, who has stolen more than $2,500 dollars worth of merchandise from area retailers, said New Garden Township Police.

Three budding high school journalists from Delaware and Chester counties were recognized for their outstanding reporting and writing at Penn State Brandywine's inaugural Communications in the Future Symposium on April 24.
