Overnight: 17-year-old killed at party

Whoever thinks that the murder of a 17 yr old is ultimately the fault of the parents for not supervising them properly is out of their mind! This is obviously the opinion of a bleeding heart liberal who also most likely believes that we can change the minds of the terrorists who want our entire country eliminated!! Both are ludicrous and impossible to achieve. Parents can never supervise EVERYTHING their children say and do (especially when they are older teens). I believe that my children are free from those influences that lead the bad seeds in the wrong direction, but if they ever fall into the criminal trap, I can be sure it wasn't anything that I did that lead them there.

No one is glad the kid is dead , but you don't let your children run around till all hours of the night.

You have rules, too many parents want to be friends and not parent these days.

i know, my family had a young person's sudden death (my brother) & It was just so Hard on my parents n whole family
