Lancaster man hospitalized after stabbing girlfriend, self

October 26, 2009, 10:20 AM / A 46-year-old village of Lancaster man remained hospitalized in serious condition today after police said they believe he stabbed himself in the neck after stabbing his girlfriend in the neck in their apartment early Sunday morning .
