There are provisions in the bill regarding reloaded ammo as well and when do you honestly believe a gangbanger is going to stop the car during a drive-by to pick up brass to reload??? really?

All LEGAL gun owners should gather at the steps of the State Legislature
and make citizens arrests of all the low-life politicians
who are destroying their rights
and the fabric of our society.

Bring back the death penalty,
and let it begin with the power-hungry politicians
who 'fiddle while Rome burns'.

Enforce existing laws.

Don't incur new 'feel-good' laws on the law abiding populace:
Go after the bad guys.....and eliminate them from our society!

"Death penalty, eliminate them, arrests....."
Wonderful.... this is exactly the type of senseless talk that makes "Legal" gun owners as yourself sound like fanatics and think with your triggers rather than your intellect. If your the poster child for the "fabric" of our society then we should be afraid, very afraid but then thats all you really want isnt it? Not a true intelligent dialouge just a "I have a gun get out of my way" attitude. Wonderfullllll.

to type your reply.

I never said I don't own a gun its only your delusional belief that I do not.
Apparently I've engaged myself in a exchange with a child because all this Shaman can muster is a few grade school playground insults and then tells himself he has hurt me in some odd fashion only known to him.
*** If there are any adults out there feel free to join the fray because Shaman cant hang with the big boys discussion. Maybe Shamans' parents can weigh in?

Your screen name says it all.

It must be your gang moniker.

By extrapolation, of course, you would be in possession of a gun.

Hence your vast experience in this matter.

What a nincompoop.

Sisson Stewart, my condolences to you and your family on their loss. The problem with regulations on guns and ammunition is that it only regulates purchases by law abiding citizens not criminals. Who do you think these regulations really protect? Regulations is just smoke and mirrors to make people like yourself feel safe. Please help me understand your rationale? I just can't see how regulation would disarm the corrupt and save lives? Are you one of those people that thinks the police can be everywhere at one time.

Federal and state laws prohibit certain persons from buying ammo, the problem is that theres nothing in place to prevent this from happening. A Rand corp study showed that during a two month period in L.A. in 2004 10,050 rounds were bought by 52 people with felony convictions or other violations that legally prohibited them from buying ammunition. Sacramento has had an ammo regulation for a year and have arrested approx 200 people who where banned from owning guns or ammo. These are the people we need off the street, the people that may be your neighbor. Many people proclaim a ban wont work so there for lets not do anything. The other train of thought is "people who want ammo will get it no matter what" So whats the difference. Thats a cop out. Buisness cant go on as usual, look around you at the climate we live in. Go read the 2006 Rand Corp ammo study in L.A. Look at Sacramento, San Francisco pilot programs. How can anyone be against criminals getting ammo or firearms? Help me understand THAT rationale.

The person buying the ammo for someone else has to subject themselves to Identification and thumb printing. So your telling me that you or anyone would be gullible enough to go ahead and buy a gangbanger or other criminal some ammo and trust that if they got caught while perpetrating a crime that they wouldn't finger you or anyone else as the buyer of said ammo while they're being questioned? You really are naive. Ammo can be tracked to the vender because they have to keep logs off all ammo in and out and all sales have to be face-to-face. Once tracked to the vendor it can be tracked to the buyer. Did you even read the law or are you just spouting off what you "think" will happen?

I'm surprised you dont look at all the angles of your ridiculous assumptions.

Daily Horoscope for December 20

Aries

There's a lot of tension in the air, with certain people poised to spit the dummy, as Mars turns retrograde in your fifth house of romance, children and speculation. Confrontations are likely. If these are nothing to do with you and you just happen to be directly in the firing line, your best bet is to make yourself scarce. But if you are responsible for their outraged feelings then you need to face the music, otherwise things will only get worse.
