A 300-yard wooden railroad bridge in Central Texas has fallen after catching fire in a dramatic collapse captured on cellphone video.

The Department of Public Safety says Zachary Dibble, 19, of Lampasas, and Gonalo Barraz, 47, of Rio Grande City, were killed when their vehicles collided head-on at around 6 a.m. Saturday on State Highway 158 near Midland.

Authorities in Lampasas closed several streets Thursday morning after police were notified of a bomb threat at a local business.
