Stimulus funds to create jobs in Lakewood

The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has awarded $210,000 in stimulus funds to Lakewood Township specifically to stimulate jobs.

When? Where? I sure do not see any. But then again, I do not speak Spanish or Hebrew so I guess these "stimulus funds" are not for me.
