first of all there is no such thing as a 'fast lane' if you will notice there is only one speed limit and those people who look like they're comatose probably have paid as much or more in taxes than you have in their lifetime, so they actually have the right to use any lane they wish as long as the law allows it, so next time just leave a little earlier or take another route, that's about as far as I can go, except to say that if you are one of those people who tailgate, then they're just over there to get back at you
