Why on earth would they do this with Terramia located just a few doors down??? And Terramia has a very loyal following.

This makes absolutley no sense at all. I have talked to a lot of people who take it as an insult that they'd move into the same complex as Terra Mia. The previous business in Silvestro's location only lasted 3 weeks. Terra Mia will crush Silvestro's too.

these guys have been getting people from orlando to drive out to cocoa beach just for them for years. quit judging. try it once. this guy is one of the best italian chef's on the east coast and it's not the ordinary italian food that you're used to. besides, there are many more people in the lake mary/heathrow area than what terra mia's seating capacity offers. they aren't here to run terra mia out of business, grow up.
