The Sweeny Library recently announced the winner of its drawing for a quilt based on the theme of the 2009 summer reading program, 'Libraries: Deep in the Heart of Texas.' The name of Kinsi Cook was drawn from those of all the children who participated in the program at the Sweeny Library.
