Ohio veteran cited for therapy ducks due in court
WEST LAFAYETTE, OHIO: An Army veteran who says his pet ducks help relieve his post-traumatic stress disorder is getting his day in court after being cited for violating an Ohio village ban, even though someone else already paid his fine.
