We all hated that Chief Reff retired from the La Porte Police Department. It was an honor and a privlidge to work under his command. He brought more to the Police Department than many past chiefs and their staffs. I hope he knows that we know why he left and didn't approve or like those reasons. Finally a man who is honest, proud and intelligent comes in and someone is always worried they may be smarter or do more than they can. Sorry Chief Reff I know you don't like to cause conflict but I just had to vent. You and your wife enjoy life to the fullest. You deserve it!!!!
