The big question now in this scenario is which ultra liberal, bleeding heart judge is going to think that putting this guy in prison for drinking and driving all the time is cruel and inhumane.

In New Mexico, these judges don't get serious about this problem until the drunk has killed someone. Then all of a sudden they decide that maybe they need to put him away for a while.

Awe come on people it was just his 10th! Let him slide. Besides his last one was in 2002. You don't want him to detox in Jail. That's inhumane!

Detox him in Jail? What if he were to have hurt or killed someone? Then would you still want him to still be in detox?

Susanna Martinez isn't goint to do much on this one. I think she will give him probation, suspend his license which he will get back under an appeals process through the Department of Transporatation. Then he will be at the AA meetings, drug court, counseling provided by the state all the while he is still drinking. Wow! That sums up the outcome. Let me know if something different happens. Think about it. If he hasn't killed anybody by now he probably won't. By now he has the process from the watering hole to whereever he was going down pat.
