So; you are saying she had a gun held to her head for 8 years. And you sat back and did nothing? You did not help her escape that kind of marriage or call the authorities on the abuse? Her children were abused and you did nothing? It is so hard to figure out why she, Kimberly, did nothing, her family did nothing and YOU did nothing. The only thing left out in print is why "abuse" took place in the first place and nothing was done about it. Right?

Prior to Kimberly Married that SOB she had a home of her own, and a Job..They got married about 20 years ago, and her life went down hill, he was arrested for Emblezzment and was convicted, my Aunt and Uncle lost everything due to that SOB.
Kimberly was not allowed to attend any family functions and her own Mother had to meet her on the side of the freeway to see her and her children.
yes she has 2 children who he had CONTROLLED in every way, we were not able to contact her or the kids, if we did he would move them over night.
Yes your right she should have said something, but if you have never been in a Controlling, Abusive Relationship, you have nothing to speak about.,
My Cousin has never said a Cuss word.

AS FOR MR. SOARES BAIL BEING REDUCED, HE THOUGHT IF IT WAS LOWERED TO 1.5 MILLION HE WOULD BE OUT, BUT HIS OWN BROTHER SAID, THAT HE DIDNT HAVE THE MONEY., AS LIVING A LAVISH LIFESTYLE...THAT WAS A NOT., KIMBERLY DIDN'T HAVE DIAMONDS AND PEARLS,
HER CLOTHING LOOKED THEY WERE FROM THE GOODWILL.
SHE IS VERY UNDER WEIGHT AND THATS FROM NOT EATING

Thank you Kimberly's Cousin i am a good friend of Kimberly's driver my friend was hired as her driver and as far as I know her only role in the company was to do appraisals and bid on new jobs. I know she didn't have anything to do with any of the parts of the company business because he would not allow her to know or do anything she was not told to do. My friend told me her husband had Complete and Total control over every aspect of her life except for her going out and bidding on the jobs.
My friend told me that being her driver was the best job he ever had she was a absolute pleasure to work with and that he knew some of it had to do with he being unhappy and trapped and going out on bids was her only freedom she had. I did talk with her once she was looking for my friend and she called and left me a voice mail looking for him and i called back and told him he was sick. This is what my friend told me this information i know came from him. He was not driving for very long before he fell in love with her innocents he would often tell me they would go out on a job and she would do bids for the work to be done. He told me that she told him that he was never to even take a screw or a nail or anything from any site or he would be fired One day my friend picked up a discarded broken door handle on the ground outside a house and was looking at it and put it in his pocket by accident any way they left the site and they drove about 40 miles from the site and he pulled it out of his pocket reaching for something else and Kimberly saw this although the value of this was less then $2 she insisted the he turn around and drive all the way back to the site and leave it he apologized he didn't know he put it there but that is how stand up and honest she is. My friend had the same morals as she did they abstained from having an affair he wanted to wait and win her over and get her away from her ass hole of a husband, divorced and marry her right away. I used to ask him how could her husband not know they were in love it was written all over there face in the pictures he had taken of them and my friend told me that her husband was so bizzy with the company and that he was told he was having a affair with someone else and for that they were both happy.

As the workers stated to quit from not being paid more attention was placed on her and he noticed that they seemed to enjoy working together to much and clamped down on her hard he found out about how they felt about each other also on the same day (my friend told me) because one of the last employees left working for the company told her husband they were in love just to spite him cause he owed her money. After that he immediately fired my friend and was told by her husband not to come near her or him again. No official reason was giving that he was fired. that's when my friend had apply ed for unemployment insurance. Not long after his claim was rejected the reason was her husband said he never had a valid drivers license ( ahh duh he was hired as his driver hello !!) without going into details he was called on by some very powerful state officials and questioned about his paycheck ect.. he told me he was the last employee that worked there and when people just stopped coming in he didn't know what to think but he did know the last few people quit because they were not getting paid. He wasn't getting paid either but he didn't mind working for free as long as he was with her. Not long after the he was fired and when he tried to call her cell phone to warn her of what the state officials were asking him the number was change he figured her husband was behind that also. Kimberly's cousin please Send me a email to cheaterstv2@aol.com and i will give you my friends phone number to contact him as he told me he was going to try and visit her this weekend he wants to testify on her behalf even though he might also be called on as a witness by the state. He adored her for how honest and caring she was she doesn't deserve any of this and i hope that the DA going to give her a big break and let her testify against her husband. The good thing about this is His controlling behavior and the fact that she was not allowed to do anything other then the bidding on new jobs just might save her after all. She does not need to be in prison again she already been there for 20 year with her husband.

As for the charges go for all those who think there were 144 seperate crimes for 144 seperate charges do the math. Example 1 charge of "not paying into workman comp is 4 charges per year then times that by 8 years. 4 quarters x 8 years = 32 seperate charges for one crimal act. Now that 144 crimes is really 5 crimal acts that went on for 32 3 month periods total for 4.5 crimes. No one put a gun to her head for 8 years he didnt have to she didnt know anything she was not allowed to know !! She not stupid she had no idea until it was to late and he tried to pin it on her by forging her name i would imagain.

Isn't this the same innocent, know nothing Kim Soares who worked for Risk Administrators and others as a workers compensation adjuster back in the day? Now husband Joe is the work comp guru? Don't think so .... the DA has it right, they were both involved.

I worked for these people for a year and none of them are innocent. All of them knowingly broke the law and laughed about not paying people on numerous occastions. Their kids are the ones getting the raw deal. Jump to as many conclusions you want because you don't have to leap high.

As Ed Meese has said: "There are no innocent suspects, that is contradictory"...What dummie is reducing this down to 4.5 crimes? To also quote: "she is not stupid"... Thank you; she had to know what she was doing. Love is blind.

I actually worked for these prople for almost 3 years. I KNOW they are guilty. When I tried to file for unemployment after I was laid off in 2006 I was told I had no work record. I also recieved a letter from the Franchise Tax Board for unpaid taxes. I had all my check stubs and my tax returns that Joe himself handed to me so my cases was cleared up. I feel relieved the Soares' and Jim are getting what has come to them.

Hes a bigger flight risk since he has family in Hawaii...
