Although the Improvement Association does most of its dealings behind closed doors, the vice president is shown on the back of the Heights Life as a director since December 2007. With publishing delay, that means she was a director a year and a half, not less than a year as the President claimed.

Why won't the La Habra Heights Improvement Association let its member know if their personal and financial information is safe?
One can come to a reasonable conclusion that they may have something to hide.

Someone told me, Mayor 4X, Jean Good Litz (head hauncho) said involvement in the Soares troubles are no one's business. Hmmm...all over the news, they are/were LHH residents, held a board position in the kingdom heirarchy and are now in jail with 144 felony charges that were investigated for 8 years. Yeah; no ones business? No way; it is everyone's business in LHH. Bet that arrogant comment was recorded. That comment from the kingdom's queen should be everyone's business as well, if there is a record.

Wait for the verdict before jumpin to conclusions
If they are guilty they need to due time for these charges.

I personally do not feel anyone is jumping to conclusions. More than likely, as the judicial system goes, they will probably be afforded a techical deficiency. I do feel it is tough not to feel there is evidence beyond doubt that they were involved in criminal activity, otherwise they would not be charged for so many counts and for so many years of investigation. I bet it was a grand jury investigation. Hard to fight those. Look at Phil Spector. Years of court and finally he was convicted. It will, no doubt, be a long, very long wait and see.

Just read the Avo link complaint. We have the DA, the IRS, Workman's Comp and others involved. If that is the case, as the complaint stated, then they all investigated and got the DA involved to arrest. That does not happen on a whim. Was there not a witness too?

She is not a villain in this case i can vouch for that and the fact that she had no wrong doing tied up with any other Thing except the demico bizz. If her husband did then is reason to worry. She should have left him and went into a shelter for battered women but she suffered in silence and never told anyone but me and her driver of the company who was the last employee demico had.

Now someone's saying she was battered and had a gun held to head for 8 years by her husband? At some point she could not find her way out? At some point she could not differentiate between right and wrong? Go to the authorities under witness protection to expose her husband's fraud? Call the authorities and report him for abuse or get an attorney, call her parents, family or friends for help? Not one time during the 8 years did she do that? Hard story to buy. Sad story to buy if she just really played the victim, but somewhere in those 8 years, she had to enjoy the money; otherwise she would have found some help to get out.

This is the same "Judge" Vipperman who declared about the sender of legal election mailers, "They broke the law. They need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. These are people of bad integrity.

After he sent his "witch hunt" complaint, signed by board members of the Improvement Association, their spouses, and elected cronies, to the FPPC, the FPPC decreed that the mailers were perfectly legal.

i have known kimberly all her life and know the circumstances that surround her and her marriage . That whole family was abused. Please do not be quick to judge that which you know nothing about, but from reading in an article. You would be surprised at what you don't know and what's omitted from print.
