WRONGE! Mr. Patterson and his people will never learn. What the city is doing has nothing to do with race. If that’s the case why did they close down two other bars in the city? Mr. Patterson thinks he is some type of God and he is not. The city told him to close the place down and not to reopen and what does he do? Reopen! Not once but numerous times. How dumb can one be? I will not answer that because I may say something to cause myself to get sued.

It has nothing to do with the color of his skin. It has to do with over crowding, selling to minor's and breaking all kinds of other laws. If he can't do his job with running his bar the right way shut it down. Not race related at all. Enough is enough. He's been in the news many times in the last 2 months for breaking laws. He should be in jail.

Patterson is being coached by LK in an effort to bolster his new lawsuit showing a pattern of harassment by Utica officials. I hope he has to spend the rest of the proceeds from the last lawsuit in fines.(if he didn't blow it already)
