Alaskan Crude Windfall May Soon Bring Residents $1,200 Each For Fuel Bills
Alaska Governor Sarah Palin wants to dip into the state's budget, overflowing with oil-tax revenue, to rebate every person in the state $1,200 each to offset rising household energy costs.
