Felon accused of punching, trying to drown police dog

A convicted felon punched and tried to drown a police dog in a canal Wednesday while trying from Osceola County Sheriff's Office drug agents, authorities said today.

What a pair of scum bags. They deputies shoud hel just drowned them, save the tax payers some money. I think the hanging tree is still in Kissimmee
