Proposed levy raises questions in Kingston
A lifelong resident of Kingston said Tuesday he isn't convinced of the necessity of a proposed tax levy going before voters Tuesday, which would provide residents with more patrol coverage by the Ross County Sheriff's Office, claiming nothing was done by authorities after reporting three separate incidents.
