It ain't all that sad. The odometer roll back crook and gas cheat had his assets seized under the existing law. I liked it and still do. He can sue all he wants to get those assets back and his sorry bo hunkes will be the property of the feds. What he did was illegal. What the D.A. did was pursuant to the law. One forfilled his oath of office and the other broke the law. Some thing that Cisco was familiar with. Screw him. He screwed us.

I think ole Fairley tainted about 90% of everything in Camden County. You folks will be living under his shadowy dealings for years. I don't think 10% of his "deals" are public yet. You are going to see a lot of scrambling over the next 18 months as the rats dessert the ship. Take care not to let them steal all your gold while they are leaving.

You watch, BTW and Cisco both walk.

This is Camden County, home to corrupt politicians and filled with good old boys.

You people seem to know more of what's going on. The article indicated Cisco had sold the stations before the short pumping was found. What be da deal? Is this guy just a dirty player in Camden county or what?

Keep reading, or better yet, when he reopens his stores, go there and get ripped off.

Mike,
The next time you go to a gas station ask to see the tank permit. On the tank permit it will tell you you owns the land and the person that owns the land, must have the tank permit in their name. And that permit at Ciscos is in Ciscos name. It has never changed names. He leased the business to the other owners. That is why they took the keys to the DA's office when they closed. And that is why Cisco got his stores back, because they were never sold.
