The charge seemed so odd that Todd McNair couldn't keep from laughing. He had just left a night club in the north Georgia town of Dalton and was making a left turn on a four-lane road in 2007 when a police officer pulled him over and charged him with making an illegal left turn.

This is a really good article and for those of you, like me, thought the law was simple...it appears that it isn't.
I was curious if any of our law enforcement officers knew about this and what their thoughts are.
