U.S Department of Justice won't appeal reservoir ruling
According to an e-mail sent late Wednesday from the U.S. Department of Justice to several plaintiffs in a lawsuit, the department will not appeal an earlier U.S. District Court's ruling in March that said the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers "acted arbitrarily and capriciously" when it granted a permit for the King William Reservoir in 2005.
