About 15,000 people turned out Saturday night for a free show by singer Sheryl Crow, generating about $125,000 to several Twin Cities charities.

Vet clinic coming to Maple Lake
Ground has been broken on the Maple Lake Veterinary Clinic next to H&H Sport Shop on Highway 55. The clinic is expected to be completed in spring and will be an extension of the Watkins and Kimball Veterinary Clinics.
Faith's Hope Tree
The Youth Group of St. John's Lutheran Church, Kimball, is sponsoring "Faith's Hope Tree," a special Christmas tree which has been set up along Highway 15, in front of the Dingmann Funeral Home in Kimball.
