2 killed, 2 seriously injured in Ketchikan crash
A woman and a teenage girl died Monday in a one-car crash in Ketchikan. Deputy Ketchikan Police Chief Josh Dossett says four people were in the compact car on the South Tongass Highway when it apparently hit a guardrail just south of the Coast Guard Base.

Kiana man gets nearly 3 years on weapons charge
The U.S. attorney's office in a release says 48-year-old George Gray was sentenced Thursday in U.S. District Court in Anchorage.
