iam no relation to roger stroud .but i have known him for years. he has always been a very nice person.let's all pray for both families.they all need our prayers.

According to WSAZ news at 6, he hasn't "always been a very nice person" and they were reporting facts. According to his own confession about what he did to the mother of his son, his actions weren't those of a "very nice person". Maybe your opinion on him is based on the fact that you never "crossed" him about anything. Please don't start that "he snapped" cr** on here. Why can't some men take "no" for an answer? He is a murderer...he has confessed. I HAVE prayed for his family but I certainly hope they don't start trashing the victim.
I also am praying for the pitiful Mother I saw on WSAZ last night and for a little boy who is basically now an orphan.

first of all there are 3 children in this horrable tragidy that needs everyones prayers ,not just one . second there is two families that have lost love ones...rogers and michelle's.

"Roger was a great man..." Really? Did you hear the details of his confession? If you did, then you have serious problems yourself or you are his relative...then you still have serious problems. He is a confessed murderer. What are you smokin', truth?

Well let's all remember his kids on here. You know his daughter is old enough to read this, and she is hurting enough tonite. There will be so many people affected by this, and those kids (all of them) will have it hard enough. Remember all you people getting on here and bashing her you might just have well helped him kill her. It was driving her crazy (this site)! She spent the last month of her life begging topix to remove YOUR remarks! I KNOW THIS I TRIED TO HELP HER!!!!

I can't believe that someone has started another thread on this. They have already got one deleted to protect both families. Neither family deserves to get on here and read this stuff. There are 3 precious babies whos lives are forever changed by this. I am by no way defending what roger done, but his kids and michelles family do deserve to read this. please have some decancy about yourselves and please stop this, please let her rest in peace and let these families start to heal. May God be with them, my he wrap his arms around all affected by this and give them comfort in this horrible tragedy.

This is so sad. I feel so bad for all the kids involved. I did not know that Michelle was related to the Preeces, but the news showed Debbie Preeces pic last night and under it , it said, her cousin. Then I saw Linda Gail showing her car. Can anyone tell me how they are related to her ? I feel sorry for them all.

This is a terrible time for everyone.. I DO NOT agree with what Roger done, and I think he should pay for the rest of his life!! He has distroyed alot of people, his kids, lil Braxton, moms, dads, etc... My heart goes out to her family! She will be missed, she was a precious person! My heart also goes out to Rogers family, they are completely devastated by Rogers actions! And do not agree with what he done whatsoever!! And if anyone has a heart, please do not get on here and bash Michelle, if you do you are as heartless as Roger is!!

C'mon, people. We all know what happened, who did what, where, how, etc.... which is why I think this needs to be removed, for the simple fact that the family has already been through enough.

I'm sure if this was someone in your family, you would hate to get on this site and see all this stuff posted, especially since it just recently happened.

Give this all a rest, please. All I am asking is to respect the family and stop making topics about the tragic event. They don't want to have to hear every day about something new being said on here, so give it a break!

What you all need to be doing is keeping the family in your prayers, not talk/gossip/throw opinions about it on this site.

I didnt know Michelle but shes not the one on trial here so lets please not start stuff on here. whether it be true or not, I dont know and dont really think its none of my business. The point is that I know Roger from school and I probally wouldnt of suspected him from the get go but I also know his ex-wife and she had told me how he had treated her so the moment I heard about this it didnt take me long to realize that he could possibly be capable of doing something like this. I dont understand how someone can be so heartless. It does seem to be premeditated but who knows. He has distroyed many many lives with his actions. We all need to band together and Pray for everyone involved mostly the children that is probally to young to get a grasp on this situation. To add a reply to someone who said her little boy was basically an orphan, well I totally dissagree. He has his dad, not sure how much hes involved in his life, and he has family that will take care of him but nothing will take the place of his mommy. I pray that the Lord will give the family peace in their heart. Once again lets not start any distasteful post on here and have some respect for the family.

I just want everyone on here to pray for michelles son he is very strong and a fighter and i love him so very much and he really needs the prayer of every single person that we can get

I also didn't know Michelle, but did know Chris and do know Roger. The guy I see now is now the one of years ago. This is now a man who has been broken repeatedly by the women that he chose to be in his life. His first wife cheated and now this one sometimes there's only so much a person can take.

THIS IS A GREAT POST...I AGREE 100%! Nothing good ever comes from sin. When people come onto a site like this one and talk about others, whether it's the truth or not, there will always be repercussions. Why do we have to do this to others? Is there that much hate in this world? Are we that bored? Have we raised a generation that likes "dirty laundry" that much? WHEN YOU USE YOUR KEYBOARD TO TALK ABOUT SOMEONE I HOPE YOU ALL REMEMBER THIS SITUATION FOR YEARS TO COME!! I wish this site was closed down. I came here because someone told me about it and I wanted to see this hate for myself. I hope the children involved are protected from all of this. They are victims too and they must carry this with them for the rest of their little lives. Pray for them and for these two families. HELP one another...don't HURT one another anymore.

Ok for all of you who are so concerned With every move the Preece's make Lets get one thing straight. Linda and Debbie are truly genuine people who were there to lend a helping hand to a mother who couldn't find her Daughter. they were bringing them food and drinks and trying to help in anyway possible. It is the Preece in them to ban together in time of need and yes this has affected our entire community and we all need to act as they did and help one another. Another thing no they didn't even know Michelle but they did know some of her family and they were there to comfort them. Linda and Debbie ended up on the news due to the family asking them to talk for them because they didn't want to. There was never any intention on hurting anyone or making a seen.
To Michelle's Family I will continue to keep you in my prayers and thoughts
