Ronald Richards Jr., 46, state Route 7, Madison Township, called for a deputy at 5:32 p.m. Saturday after getting into an argument with his wife upon learning she signed up for welfare despite the fact he has a full-time job.
In Columbiana County Municipal Court Monday, Matthew P. Bailey, 33, Franklin Street, Salem, was fined $150 and had his license suspended six months for possessing instruments for ingestion or inhalation of a controlled substance.
