Arrest at Walmart leads to charges of racism

This is the first I have heard of this and I live north of you. I cant believe a school teacher dont know its not nice to cut in line!!!!!!!!!!THIS JUST SEEMS LIKE IT IS A EXCUSE TO USE THE RACE CARD!!!

Too many witnessess to her belligerent and threatening behavior. Security cameras caught her as well.

Typical black trash pathological liar. The NAACP is set to make a total fool out of itself once again. They do it all for attention.

No probation for this woman. Send her to prison. Any others wanted to make threats or resort to violence because of her sentence to prison, put them in the cell with here. The Nation will just laugh at them all while shaking their heads.

everyone from this area knows it's a two way street there. the racism is coming from both races.

My childrens father is down there today as a police office for crowd control, please pray for him, and every other officer down there.

I think this simply got out of hand. I totally believe that she was trying to pull a fast one in the line and cut in front of people. I do think the people behind her had a right to say somehting to her. If she could not handle being called out for her rude and inconsiderate behavior then she should not do those things.
Now, all that being said.....not one time in there did I say anything about the color of skin. What race these people were has NOTHING to do with it. A person cut in line...another person confronted her about it and that is where it should have stopped!!!! The person who she cut in front of should have simply said "Excuse me, I was already waiting in line" and then She should have then said "I'm sorry, I will get in behind you since you were already waiting in line." If that simple act of kindness had been done NONE of this would be going on.
RUDE is RUDE no matter what color your skin is.
They should have been taught those manners as a child and should have used them at that time!
The world would be such a better place is everyone would be kind to one another....but for some reason people feel they are owed something from all the other people!! When and why did this behavior become acceptable???? Why did she feel it was her right to cut in front of other people?
Common courtesy is all it takes to avoid ALL of this!!!
Now it has turned from something that could have been handled by the two individuals in the line to the national news, naacp, etc.
I am sorry but after reading all about this.......things like this are going to be the down fall of the U.S. There will be another civil war. The small battles have already begun. AND IT IS STUPID, PETTY and CHILDISH!!!!!
Grow up and show your children how they should behave....not how to start a war people!

You just don't like the fact that this girl did something stupid - and now faces sever punishment which she should. Now let me spell this out for you she is in the most trouble for assaulting a police officer, not cutting line! We should respect our law enforcement regarding of their race. Something I am sure is hard for you to do.

Damn! I was not trying to ruffle your feathers. I am not familiar with the story, and was just asking a question. I wished no harm to anyone. I am only getting bits and pieces in between all the mudslinging from both sides.

I do respect law enforcement, that is not hard for me to do. I do not know this girl, or the officers involved. I was just inquiring to what all the fuss was about.

I think you need to be sedated before you stroke out.

Little Indian Girl my post wasn't directed to you it was to the poster fyall or whatever their post name is, they hoped that the previous posters husband did get hurt and that is sick. When you wish evil on someones husband and a father it does make you unhinged. I don't think sedation is needed I am perfectly FINE, but thanks for thinking of me!

Leaving aside anything having to do with the amount of melatonin in Miss Ellis’ skin…
1. Regardless of whether her line was moving slower than the line that her cousin was in, she was rude. Even kindergarteners are taught to take their turns.
2. Americans, no matter what color their skin is, feel entitled to things for which they have no entitlement. Ergo…special treatment. Miss Ellis deserved no special treatment in comparison to those shoppers who were standing in line behind the cousin.
3. Because Miss Ellis deserved no special treatment, she was asked to leave. It doesn’t seem to me to have a darn thing to do with her skin tones.
After reading about this case, I can’t see that Miss Ellis has acted with anything other than a complete lack of respect for others or common sense. If she turned down lesser charges in order to make some point about race, then she’s pretty much gotten what she asked for.
Dr. King wanted equal rights & treatment under the law…not special rights & treatment under the law. So when are we going to stop with the race thing & grow up? We Americans are constantly embarrassing ourselves and if minorities don't feel embarrased, well then we should!

I agree that "fyall" is stirring the pot. I hope no one gets hurt either, but people like that with oral diarrhea that just spurt out whatever hateful thing that crosses their minds are making it harder for people who want to live in peace.

I think I may need to be sedated now. Ignorance works my nerves.

I have lived here a long long time. It is unfortunate that every time something goes wrong with the Pulliams or the Elli's or the Whitehorn's or the Blackman's, it is always because they are black. Booo Hoo, its not got anything to do with your families color, its your stupid ignorant attitude, and for this, you will be remembered for all the problems and faults of your own.
