The incident with Linda Guebert happened a year before I had a show and had nothing to do with sex. It was a radio gag sketch and I will always think her unhappiness was more with my politics than the skit. She later asked me to come to KPFZ affairs at her home as I had avoided them thinking she objected to me, but she went out of her way to declare otherwise. And, after a party conversation with her she expressed to me, and others, that I was "the most compassionate person she had ever met."

You are certainly free to object to my ideas, contentions and facts with your own, but you are not free to tell lies about me and it certainly is tasteless to call me "old," "fat," and actionable when you tell people I am a sexual pervert. If you libel me again you will be sued. I have had it with your stalking, insane envy and personal assassination. I am out of patience with you. Leave me alone.

I am an experienced litigator and for a $350 filing fee can cost you $30,000 to $40,000 in lawyer's fees with the clock ticking at $300 an hour. The facts and truth will be mine and when it is done I may or may not collect anything, but you will be ruined by your lawyer. Again, leave me alone. Do not post anything about me. It will be at your peril.

I do not read the Ukiah Daily Journal and have no idea why you reference it to me. All newspapers are in decline primarily due to the expanse of TV offerings, with 24 hour news, and the Intenet with everything free and immediate.

Thanks a lot for reminding me of my mortality, but where I am 73, had one grandfather that died at 93, another at 86, a father who lived to 86 in spite of heavy smoking all his life, a grandmother who lived to be 93 and a mother who had 94 years with all very clear-minded published authors and writing up to their last days I can still bring a lot of truth to a lot of ignorant people. And, I do care about America both as a parent and one who has young friends for whom I am concerned.

"What is truth?" has been debated since antiquity. I doubt that I can answer to your satisfaction. I am very familiar with truth in science, the real meaning of zero in physical science as opposed to philosophy or quantum mechanics. What are your parameters?

I do understand the concept and dynamics of Trickle Down Economics, I am not an expert nor would I claim to be, I think the concept would work ok IF we lived in a moral world where the Government and Corporations were looking out for the best interest of all! wouldn't that be nice? but they are not, their way's are those of power and greed.

It is just another tool too widen the divide between the wealthy and the "not's". Too many "normal" people were getting rich and dependency started to dwindle. It is just an open door for abuse, one which the corporations gladly took and take.

Please do not criticize my generation for not being able to read your mind. Your generation does nothing that you claim. You misrepresent it grossly; which is no surprise.

"Trickle Down" is not an economic theory, but a political phrase of David Stockman when he was a White House official with too much power and too little intellect or character. His ideas misrepresented the free market so you are beating on a hanging bedsheet, i.e. there is nothing there, never was and never will be.

If you analyze the economy you will see that corporations are 67 times more honest than the general population by actual court records, i.e. criminal actions. People who are doing well have little impetus to steal unless they are neurotics or Democrats, same thing.

The top 1% of the working population, "the rich," is 1,670,000 people and you will be hard pressed to find 400 or 500 real criminals in that group, 0.0299%. Today 2% of our population has been convicted of felonies and is serving time. However, the people who tell you what to think will have you believe that the "the rich" are all criminals, stealing from you and making your life miserable when it is the elected class that takes 40% of everything you make and gives you holes in the road, corrupt law enforcement that kills people and blames the innocent and teaches you to hate people who try to tell you the truth.

What do you feel YOU did at KPFZ that created the final outcome of your tenure with the company?

After reading your on-line story about your experience I never observed a portion where you admit your wrong doings. With all do respect, I do not believe that a group of long listed individuals were all out to get you. You must have done something to create some turmoil.

While your argument is logical your appraisal lacks one thing: Perspective.

I came from out-of-town with experience, philosophy, training and craft far different than of any in the KPFZ group. My politics were conservative and theirs were liberal. When I did my daily show they were offended, but had no substance with which to argue on-air so they called on General Manaager Andy Weiss to dump me. He refused, being a man of principle and that they were required by law to have one person on staff who had a commercial broadcasting license and I was the only one as his had been rescinded for his pirate on-air FCC violations. He really needed me to be there.

When Record Bee Editor E. Larsen and I had a dust-up over my Social Security piece she had published caused her difficulties with big Democrats I talked about my bizarre conversation with her on air. She claimed to have sent it to an economist "who said it was all wrong" and I challenged her to produce the piece on-air pointing out that no one fact-checks after a piece is run. It is done before publication. She realized she had become a joke so she complained to Andy and he told the KPFZ Programming Committee that she had threatened the RB would sue if I stayed on the air. The other members of the PC were unsophisticated and not knowing E. Larson would never have such authority, was no fool, and Andy had lied.

I had been told by friends Andy was getting nasty calls regarding my presence, but he held up for two years, but finally caved as he is a gentle, if not fragile, man. And, they were going to a new format; he thought he was going to get his license back so he wouldn't need me and he could get rid of a thorn with one lie no one would question once done.

Meanwhile, I had the problem with Herb Gura and filed my required report which they are still fighting and it could yet put them off the air, which I do not want to see happen as Andy has done something good and beneficial for the county regardless my playing "road-kill." Such is life.

How did Michael and Max Oken come into play during these incidents. I ask this because you give mention to them as characters at the beginning of the book, but really touch very little on them for the remainder of the book. I do apologize, but real stories intrigue me.

What I did to cause so many to object to me?

I was the lone conservative in a coven of commies. It was like being a lamb in a wolf pack and have them vote on what's for dinner. There were no other conservatives in the organization.?Comprende'?

Michael and Max Oken had nothing to do with any of it to my knowledge. I had a few conversations with Micheal in the community at chance meetings and he was always very affable. We disagree politically, but have never discussed it. Our conversations were all about station problems as something was always boiling over.

I am going to finalize the book when the FCC matter is resolved as that, and money, will determine whether or not they survive. Several college broadcast journalism schools want it for their professional libraries and I'm waiting until the story is resolved.

My analysis is that by having only a liberal offering they are throwing away 40% of their potential, per the recent Gallup survey, and no station can do that. I know for a fact that very few business people will ever contribute. The former owner of Bruno's, Bill Brunetti, openly referred to them as "that bunch of communists." They actually need five or six more people with my philosophy; then they would have the full spectrum. Same story with this local paper. I could double the circulation and advertising in six months.
