Gee, wasn't this informative? What project for Soda Bay? What Kelseyville sewer treatment plant project? How is the Sheriff's department going to use the funds?

I certainly hope that the City of Clearlake will get thier fair share of the Stimulous money. Our roads need improvement as much as Rob Browns Soda Bay roads. We also need a decent place for Animal Control to place the creatures they pick up!

Interested by-standard - this is Lake County stimulous money. You'd want to look for City of Clearlake stimulous money provided they applied from some of that money we borrowed from China.

Oops, many pardons, that would be by-stander, not standard.

Don't know for sure what that is. All I know for sure is, I wouldn't want anything he/she has including the yellow streak.

Looks like we should all be excited, but I't's the government talking away money from the taxpayers and giving to themselves. A blood transfusion from your right arm to your left arm and spilling half of it along the way.

It seems the application of funds to fix? Soda Bay road must have been discussed before Konocti resort closed. Once again the horrible dirt streets in Clearlake are ignored. I'm o.k. with money going to th Sheriff's Dept. but just how many special vistims does the county have in a year to earmark their money this way?

Good points. The special victims unit is the special trailer they pull around the county to demonstrate their activities, such as the pig bowl and kiss a pig program.

"Education programs will receive the bulk of funds in Lake County, with more than $7.4 million in projects for districts throughout the county."

Looks like the teachers union got the raises they've been crying about. And they can now refill the retirement fund they pilfered to fund liberal policies, can't be cause the High School needs a new gym.
Barry has sure been doing a whole lot of "payback", to the Banks, Unions, Acorn, GM, GE, no special interests in this administration, GIVE ME A BREAK!
Soda Bay road improvement??? That's where most of the teachers, and limousine liberals live....like in Clearlake where the road improvements are strangely connected to the schools, and not the roads trashed by the school / transit buses.
This county is a perfect example of what Barry is trying to turn the whole U.S. into...a socialistic, enviromentalized union subjects working or collecting welfare in an economic "S" hole.

Daily Horoscope for December 6

Capricorn

You're in a very generous and kind frame of mind today, and you'll go out of your way to help others if you think they need it. You might donate some money to a good cause or decide that charity begins at home. If you're buying gifts for some of your loved ones it will be difficult to know when to stop, because you could easily get carried away.
