State to help develop brownfield sites in Woodbridge, Rahway

The state Department of Environmental Protection on Tuesday will designate 655 acres of industrial property in the Keasbey section of Woodbridge as a Brownfield Development Area, or BDA - a move local officials hope will bring millions of dollars in aid for cleaning up the contaminated land.
