Rural Colorado school superintendent acquitted on six child sex assault charges
A Lincoln County jury has acquitted the superintendent of the Karval School District on six of the seven child sexual assault charges against him. A judge on Friday declared a mistrial on a charge of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust, pattern of abuse, according to a Monday news released by Vikki Migoya, spokeswoman for District Attorney George Brauchler.
