Longtime American Quarter Horse breeder James E. Evans, 69, of Webberville, Michigan, died June 11. Jim was best known as one of the breeders of Mr Conclusion, the 1982 sorrel stallion who will go into the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame in March.
