Borough budgets $108 million: Round 2 of 3 public hearings on tap today in assembly chambers

The $108 million borough budget proposed for fiscal year 2009 beginning July 1 gets the second of three scheduled public hearings at today's meeting of the Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly.
