The two day trial has begun for a Centre County man accused of repeatedly raping and torturing a girl for 6 1/2 years beginning when she was 10.

Philipsburg PSP Reports Accidental Shooting
A 21-year-old Bellefonte man was accidentally shot while he was target shooting with three others Saturday evening at the end of Bennett Road in Julian, the Philipsburg State Police reported.
