Armed Marcellus man avoids prison for terrorizing family after bar-fight defense
A Marcellus man who admitted stalking a Camillus family for months -- including firing a rifle three times into their garage -- was spared prison today. Weston Hoy, 29, pleaded guilty to an 11-count indictment that included stalking the family, vandalizing their house with a hatchet and baseball bat, and shooting into their garage between August and December 2017.
