Fire protection districts in Johnstown and Milliken have started the process of forming a single fire authority, fire chief Ron Bateman announced Wednesday.

A company that operates psychiatric treatment centers around the country announced Friday that it will build a 92-bed acute behavioral-health hospital at Interstate 25 and U.S. 34.
