A 19-year-old Jewett man was killed Friday morning in a two-vehicle accident on U.S. 250 in Tuscarawas County near the Harrison County line.

HARKINS, Howard F., 80, of Jewett, Ohio, died Sunday at his home. He was born September 22, 1928, in Bradley, Ohio, a son of the late Pearl Hugh and Mildred Riley Harkins.
