A Somerset County man was jailed Friday on rape charges, state police said. Michael Eugene Lisbon, 28, of Jennerstown, was arrested after a 10-year-old girl accused him of sexually assaulting her in 2006, said Somerset state police Trooper Todd Sherle.

A Jennerstown, Somerset County, man being interviewed yesterday by state police in connection with alleged rape and sexual assault of a child in 2006 was also charged with drug violations when he was found to be in possession of cocaine and marijuana, state police said.
