Jeannette considers garbage bag policy

Mandatory garbage bag usage could return to Jeannette. City Clerk Stella Rebitch suggested at Monday's council meeting the return of the bags could benefit the city in at least a couple of ways -- reducing costs for people who don't have as much garbage and curtailing those from outside Jeannette from bringing garbage into the city.
