Hes trying to get the money off the taxpayers where you think hes going to get it . But don't worry the state is a little smater then the county he wont get a dime from them. If he does I want to start me up a coal mine at taxpayer expense.

He's a snake in the grass. I wouldn't ever have any kind of dealings with him. Don't trust him! And yep....I believe this is the same area he and Whitehead had together.....and you can see where Whitehead is now....and where Risinger is.

I never did trust Risinger...even back in high school. He married into the right family for sure.
Whitehead was a good guy. Mahan and Risinger should both serve time in the same cell for the rest of their lives...

Risinger had to rip someone off. He sure isn't smart enough to do it on his own or by himself!!
He and a couple of other literally got caught with their pants down some thirty years ago with a girl over around Merom...almost served some time over it as I remember.

I have read in the local paper that Vectren has spent in access of 150 million dollars, creating up to 500 jobs for our area & I don't believe they received a single cent in grant money. Also Peabody's Bear Run project as portrayed in the paper is projected to be the largest mine in the area & I don't believe they have received any monies either. How can this individual approach our government with a request for grant money when his record is less than stellar & his experience in the mining industry is minimal at best.
